Hott off the Press Printing is a proud member of CPrint®—Certified Printers International—an organization of printers throughout the United States and Canada, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service through innovative technology and continual staff training. CPrint® Certification requires a serious commitment to excellence, and membership is limited to printing firms who can meet the organizations high standards. Each member company is audited annually, and graded in nine separate areas of operations and management. In addition, the owners of CPrint® firms meet twice each year in peer groups for management support and continuing education and production managers meet once each year for the same purpose. CPrint® provides a wide range of additional training programs for sales/customer service and production employees.
